The primary objective of Ostim DYA is to increase the competitiveness of enterprises by providing efficiency and digital transformation based on lean philosophy, by applying productivity-enhancing techniques in enterprises, with training and consultancy services to be provided by creating sample production line(s) in manufacturing industry enterprises, regardless of the sector as much as possible.

While the teaching system of Ostim DYA is based on the build-learn technique, the learn-return technique is preferred in providing consultancy services. In this direction, different use cases (use-cases) are created in the installed production lines, while learning is provided through the examples created in line with the usage requirements and/or preferences, at the same time, it is tried to be a guide with the participation of experienced consultants specially allocated to the enterprises in order to realize the gains to be obtained with these techniques. .

“Ostim Digital Lean Academy”, created in line with the basic objectives, has been designed in a structure that can serve all manufacturing sectors, especially SMEs in the manufacturing sector, by creating various scenarios in two different production lines, and in such a way that it can be sector-independent examples as much as possible.
