Occupational Health and Safety Field Applications are carried out in order to determine and control whether Occupational Health and Safety activities are implemented in a field within the company, its functionality and its failing aspects and to ensure that necessary precautions are taken.

“Field Inspection Checklist” is used during field inspection.
A Field Inspection Team is established with employees consisting of the OHS Coordinator, the Occupational Physician and a board member to be selected by the Occupational Health and Safety Board, and the department officer whose field is inspected.
Field Inspection work can be done within the annual plan or when the Occupational Health and Safety Board or the management deems it necessary.
The site inspection is done according to the Field Inspection Checklist. Checklists are created in various ways by determining occupational health and safety risks according to the departments in the workplace, the work done or the workplace in general. In the preparation of checklists;
• Elements required to be present in the field in accordance with the relevant legislation,
• General safety equipment of machinery and equipment,
• Warning signs,
• Fire systems,
• General hygiene,
• Accident risks,
• Protective material,
• Occupational health and safety related procedures or instructions are taken into consideration.
As a result of the audit, a written Safety Report is prepared. The report is submitted to the department head, senior management, and the occupational health and safety committee. After examining the prepared audit report (or nonconformities report), a written “Corrective and Preventive Action Plan” is prepared. Corrective and Preventive Actions are followed and finalized and shared with employees.
