It has the following functions and features for Support Station Digital Transformation.
In order to realize the digital transformation, data communication and interaction must be provided between the machine and the operator and between the ERP and IOT. A system called HMI should be used to ensure this interaction.
The software running on the HMI should be able to communicate with Modbus RTU / TCP / ASC, Profinet protocols using Ethernet / RS485 / RS232 interfaces.
In the support station, there should be a defective product area reserved for the defective product or products that cannot pass the functional test performed at the test station.
After the defective product or products are disassembled at the support station, light guidance should be provided to place the decomposed products in the correct boxes.
Data must be transferred from the support station and the equipment mentioned above to the ERP software.
