With this regulation, it will be ensured that greenhouse gas emissions are systematically monitored at the facility level and regularly reported to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, and greenhouse gas emissions will be calculated more clearly throughout the country.
With the verification system established within the scope of the regulation, the emission reports prepared on the basis of the facility will be checked for accuracy by on-site inspection.
