Size, Color, Texture Analysis Systems

Measurement Analysis

To reveal true process variability, the variability arising from the measuring system must first be identified and differentiated from the variability of the system. The aim is to develop a measuring system that fits the needs.

Color Analysis

In spectrophotometers developed for color measurement, light is sent onto the sample in a sphere integrated into the system. The reflected light is sent to the light scattering spectroscope instead of the filter system, splitting the entire measured wavelength spectrum into 10 or 20 nm components.

After each component is analyzed in the detector, the values obtained are converted into more meaningful data through a processor.

Color Measurement

Head with suitable lighting area is integrated into the system.

Calibration process is applied

a. Black adjustment is made using the black calibration plate.

b. White balance is done using the white calibration plate.

Juice etc. The color values are read after the liquid samples are placed in the sample container. Flour etc. These sample containers can also be used for foods. Color values of other products in solid form can be read directly over the appropriate headers.

Texture Analysis

It is a technique of measuring the response of a sample under a controlled mechanical stress to evaluate its real-life physical properties.
