The product performs the weighing process without disrupting the flow of the parts moving on the production line. The movement of the produced parts is provided with the help of a robotic arm. The product is integrated on the robot arm, and the system is placed in an axially correct position and weight measurement. The parts whose weighing process has been completed is delivered to the operator for final control according to the workflow.
Auto Scale consist of two parts. The first is a measuring device which is placed between the robot arm and the holder to perform the weighing process, and the second is a control screen to ensure traceability of the data and results obtained. Communication between the parts are developed via Bluetooth.
Measurement data obtained for each part produced, production date and time information, part suitability, other data of the machine (cycle time, amount of raw materials used, temperature, etc.) is recorded in the database with the software. All the information obtained can be monitored instantly on the control screen placed next to the machine. In addition, by storing all the information obtained, it is possible to examine and compare retrospective data for use in the quality control unit. Thus, it is aimed to ensure both quality control and standardization of all parts produced.
